The Tripel is an eating and drinking establishment in Playa Del Rey, California that when I enter, I just want to sit, eat and drink there all day. Brooke Williamson is absolutely at the top of my list of favorite chefs. I had been to Hudson House, her restaurant in Redondo Beach previously and was impressed with the food from a local gastropub. Then I saw her on Top Chef and loved her. So when we went to try The Tripel, my expectations were very high and I’m happy to say, that I was not disappointed. She and her husband Nick Roberts are masterful with their exploration of flavours from around the globe. The menu changes so you’ll find new things to try each time you go, and the beer menu is superb.
